Just press “I have an issue” in your conversation screen with the seller within 2 days from being notified by The Pentashop that the item should have been delivered or that the order seems lost, and submit your claim.
Note:
Your order will be completed and the payment willbe automatically released to the seller if you miss the 2-day deadline or if you ever hit the Everything is OK button.

Buyer Protection fee on The Pentashop
Our goal is to provide buyers with a secure buying experience by applying a Buyer Protection fee. The amount of fee depends on the order’s price.
For orders (including bundles) priced less than £500, the protection fee is:
- A fixed amount of 10% of the agreed price
For orders (including bundles) priced £500 or more, the protection fee is:
- 6% of the item's price (including the value-added tax (VAT) applied to the item’s price)
You will see the total Buyer Protection fee amount, calculated to the final price of your item at the checkout page.
