Step 3 - We notify the seller of your payment and they then send direct to you at the address you provide.
Step 4 - When the item/s arrive you have 2 days to confirm to us that you are happy with your purchase at which time we will forward your payment to the seller.
How to sell
Step 1 - Sign in and click on the sell now button, follow the prompts to add as much detail as you can on the items you are selling as this helps people searching to find you easily. Be completely honest with your descriptions to give people the full details, this ensures there are no issues with the buyer getting what they expected.
Step 2 - Post your items in the correct categories on the website.
Step 3 - Answer any queries customers might have and when you agree a selling price the buyers payment is held in our account until the items arrive and the buyer confirms they are happy with their purchase. Once confirmed the amount is transferred to your account immediately.
Buyers and sellers on The Pentashop are protected by our Buyer Protection and Refund policies, while we cannot insist that you deal with each other outside our protection we want to remind you that there is a very good reason why it can be risky dealing direct.
